We call it “The Distillate of Northern México” since it´s obtained from
an asparagaceae called sereque, which is only found in the northern
desert of the republic, such as in the state of Chihuahua, also in a
smaller proportion and production in the states of Durango, Coahuila
and Texas.


The distillate, 100% artisanal of ancestral origin, has it´s origins in the
ancient civilization of Paquimé in Casas Grandes Chihuahua and its
legacy has been passed from generation to generation throughout the
Chihuahuan homes through the knowledge of the sotolero masters.


This heritage is what we want you to know through the delight of its
flavor, pampering your palate with the characteristic flavor of earth,
smoked, sotol and wood.

Sotol Bura is handcrafted by master sotolero Gerardo Ruelas
with double distillation in copper still, giving it smooth and
aromatic flavor that respects the classic properties of the sotol
drink while giving it a fresh touch that allows it to be used in
cocktails or in any other desired way.
